Pee Wee Painters Summer SchedulePee Wee Painters Summer Schedule

1:08 am

Our theme for the summer session is literature. Are reading and listening to stories to draw inspiration for painting. Last session we listened to Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, a fun alphabet sing-along, and we painted letters falling out of the coconut tree.

Kids are learning to visualize imagery and use painting techniques to bring it to life! As always we’re building techniques and learning painting vocabulary.

Coming up we will listen to Dragons Love Tacos and paint select scenes from the story.

Follow us on facebook to see what we’re reading each week!

My name is Ayana. I studied fine arts in college including still life and life drawing, painting, and art history.

Painting is one of my favorite passions and I’ve been at it since I could hold a brush. Sharing art time with my two daughters brings me so much joy and I’m so excited to guide other young artists to discover and develop their talents.

Hello! My name is Maria. I have been painting expression style art for 6 years now and can’t get enough of it. It is a passion I have that runs deep. Everyone has a personal style and way of expressing themselves and I just love to help bring that out in people. Acrylics, watercolor and mixed media are where I dabble. Bringing these skills to the art table is my pleasure.
